This info is for you who are usually not organizing live bands for events.
We want your event to be successful and surprising.
When you contact us
You need to contact us at least 1-3 months before your event and maybe even more, or else the musicians will be booked at other events.
You also need to provide info about the place and how many people you expect so we know if we need extra equipment and sound engineer. This is not necessary if you got this in place like festivals and so on.
Our own equipment without sound engineer will cover about 1500-2000 people indoors.
At your place
We need access to your place of event about 2,5-3 hours before your guests arrive, for rigging the equipment and soundchecks.
The “stage” or spot we will perform at needs to house 8 people plus all the back line equipment, like keyboards, drums, amplifiers, piano, mixing board and microphone stands.
There also need to be space each side of the stage for FOH equipment.
A locker room is nice too.
We are not using any agency for booking and payments, this will be agreed upon for each separate booking due to the distance we need to travel and in case of sound engineer.
There will be many hours exclusive travel at your place from arrival until departure, we need the ability to get some food and refreshments either at your place or nearby.
